Nkumba ‘toilets’ in a sorry state.

As the university increase tuition,little efforts have been geared towards inproving standars rendering hundreds of students valunarable to diseases like typhoid and cholera
The university toilets are languishing in total neglect and disorder.
It will not be a surprise when a student loses life due to lack of enough toilet facilities.The surrounding area around these toilets stinks as if two days back a hundred dead bodies were left to rot from there.
Students who are mainly affected by this unhygienic “toilet” which can not even be found in remote areas are from SHES and SCIAD.

The university should declare a state of emergency to solve the situation.Otherwise students’ lives are at a great risk.
Students wonder whether the university administrators are aware of this pit latrine since it most of them come with self contained vehicles and work in air conditioned offices with laptops.Nkumba is the first of its kind to have such a pit latrine. We need to pray for our selves.…...A MEN
