WHY SHOULD WE APPRECIATE PEOPLE WHO HAVE DONE NOTHING

I’m reacting to comments put by Hon Minister of finance Opolot who said that
“students of Nkumba University must learn to appreciate” how then can I
appreciate a leader who has very many shots off target than targets?

The coming Miss Nkumba event was organized out of the money given to the
guild why then should there be a fee of 5000 shs I strongly object it
because this a form of double taxation but I will write a requisition to the
finance for my fee of 5000.

My dear leaders let us clearly define “appreciation” when we talk of it. To
me you the guild officials should have appreciated us for pushing to
positions where you don’t even feel any cost of dressing your gal friend’s
hair.

During the NRM preliminaries, I was the one who nominated the President but
did he do to appreciate my efforts when I even lifted him up on my
shoulders?

Let us clearly define “appreciation”.
