Chess wizard caught in the act.

By Philemon Badagawa.
As the Exams are near the corner, students have resorted to their books which is a sign of progress towards academic excellence. Students of Information Technology have made computer laboratories to be their libraries as they can get whatever information they feel like. The lab attendant says that some students almost spend the whole day in the laboratories especially those preparing for the coming Exams which are scheduled to begin on 22nd this month.
Hon.Mubiru Kizito who is a third year student of Information Technology was on Friday found in the laboratory practicing and when Nkumba Times approached him, he was very happy.
It is always common for most students to use computers for more than 4 hours provided the computer is connected to the internet. It has been discovered that some students fore go their meals because of internet. They believe that once one moves out of the laboratory, the chances of getting another computer which is connected is a nightmare. “I only go to the lab once in a week, and if I get

a chance, I have to use it to maximum”, a student was quoted saying.
However the lab attendant advises that it is not safe for one to spend more than 2hours on the computer. He says that one stands a risk of getting an eye infection.
Kizito has been serving in Rengo’s guild government as the mess Minister,he is a chess master, a member of UN, former MP Mugejjera hall, among other positions. Mubiru is commonly known as the Chess wizard simply because he is good at the game.
